Soak in alkaline/spring water overnight with sliced key limes

Step 3:
Remove key limes from soaked sea moss and blend in a blender until the sea moss has a smooth texture

Step 4:
Pour smoothly blended sea moss gel into a secure jar (Mason jar preferred) and keep refrigerated
