How much sea moss should I use?

The suggested serving amount to consume is 1-2 tablespoons per day. Our regular Sea moss can also be used topically. Please refer to each item’s description for further instructions on topical use as it varies by flavor.

How long does sea moss gel stay fresh?

If Sea Moss gel is refrigerated upon arrival, sea moss gel will stay fresh for up to 4 weeks. Keeping the gel refrigerated, cap secured, and using a clean spoon each time can prolong the shelf life of the sea moss gel. If purchasing more than one jar, freeze extra jars for up to four months.

Where does your sea moss come from?

Our sea moss is sustainably wildcrafted and sourced from the Caribbean waters of Jamaica. We do not add any additives or preservatives in our sea moss. Fully organic and GMO-free

In what ways can I use my Sea Moss?

Our sea moss gel can be consumed straight from the spoon, blended in smoothies, juices, and herbal teas. Our regular gold sea moss can be used topically as a face mask, hair growth, and skin conditions.

When should I expect to receive my order?

Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days.  Transit time for Standard/Ground shipping is 2-3 business days.  Next Day and 2nd Day shipping options are also available for faster delivery.

What if I have a problem with my order?

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact our Customer Care team by email within 7 days of receiving your order.  Please note that due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges of any kind.  We are happy to resolve any issues or concerns with a full replacement or refund if warranted.
