Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase.

 

To preserve the freshness of our sea moss and other perishable products, we do not ship any later in the week than Thursday. Orders placed after 5 PM on Thursday will ship out first thing the following Monday.

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer Standard/Ground shipping (2-3 business days in transit), as well as Next Day and 2nd Day options for faster delivery. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they can be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays and weather.

 

Free standard shipping is available on all orders of $100 or more within the continental United States. We also ship worldwide; international shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout and vary by destination.

 

Order Handling on Arrival

Upon arrival, please place perishable items (such as sea moss gels) in the freezer for 1 hour, then transfer to the refrigerator. Proper storage helps ensure product freshness and quality.

 

Shipping Issues

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at ordersthf@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date so we can help resolve the issue.
